Don't drop it. It is very fragile. I have had two and both suffered destroyed screens from simple, short drops. Love it otherwise. I just need to baby the hell out of it.

I have had two Moto X (2014) and have dropped both from only a short distance, one about one foot, the other about three feet and both times, screens shattered, even with a case on one. My old Moto X has been dropped repeatedly, shows damage to edges but never stopped working, tough as nails...

I had this on Verizon a few weeks ago. Tried everything myself aside from a factory reset(I had just done that a couple of weeks earlier) . Called Verizon, and it went all the way to the engineers, they had no idea what the problem was or how to fix it. Out of frustration I did a factory reset...

So? Does it fix call quality? I've had to use a wired headset just to talk to my GF since on my second moto x. Had to hold out to see if the update fixed since I love the phone so much. Posted via Android Central App

Im on my second Verizon Moto X, both with the exact same problem. But just when I call my GF. (seems to be my phone, not hers, began the first call on Moto X)

This has happened to me with two Moto X's. My GF can barely tell what I am saying. I hear just fine. I made a few test calls to others and they say I sound fine, but when I call her, she cant tell what I am saying. Took the phone back. Same damn thing happens to the next one. Frustrated...
