    In the Contacts app, go to More--Settings--Sort By--then choose Last Name. This is what I see on my Note 5, I'm assuming it's available on the S7.

    Yeah, in the Samsung App Store, there's an app called Good Lock (there is also an article on here) that changes many things. Including the Recents Apps.
