Note 5 video playback questions

Hi everyone, I just got my new Note 5 yesterday, I watched a video that showed that by pressing the power button while watching a video the phone will lock preventing accidental button pushing, I have tried it watching you tube videos and it does seem to work, is there a setting somewhere I am missing?

Only videos that play on Video Player that comes on the phone. Not 3rd Party apps.

The next closest solution would be vlc, it has a lock icon you can touch to lock and unlock the video controls
