I brought it into AT&T and they wouldn't give me a new one because they say it is water damaged even though it is IP67 certified. Now I have to go through samsung

I recently got a brand new Samsung Galaxy S5 on AT&T and the speaker on it randomly stopped working today. The audio works fine when I plug in my headphones though. what should I do?
