Apparently it is a bug that came with the last update. I am using the Google keyboard instead of the default Samsung and it seems to work correctly. Posted via the Android Central App

I had the same issue when I moved from the iPhone 6s to the s7 edge. I had to call AT&T and have it appended to my new phone and it worked as it was supposed to after that. Posted via the Android Central App

Re: Anyone else receive OTA update for Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge? Same updated just installed for me. Looks like a May security patch. Build Number MMB29M.G935AUCS1APE1. Last update on AT&T website shows an April update with a APD1. No mention of what this is??

For some reason my keyboard on my Samsung s7 edge will not launching when I hit reply to am email. I am using the default Samsung keyboard. I physically have to touch the blinking cursor to get the keyboard to pop up. Is this happening to everyone else or is it a setting I am missing? Thanks...
