EBay has some. From the UK if I'm wrong. I'm searching for a gold genuine one too.

I ordered a new battery cover from mobilefun.com. It should be legit but it hasn't arrived yet.

I doubt that a few are fake... especially the higher priced ones. I would certainly not buy a cheaply priced cover.. for sure. There are a few that look legit. As always.. buyer beware. The only 100% guarantee would be to buy directly from Samsung. I do understand what you're saying though.

I've looked there, not sure I trust those options though. Actually, not sure I trust any option other than something provided by Samsung. I'm also confused as to why Samsung isn't offering these as an accessory option. Hopefully Eclipse2K reports back with his purchase and provides a link.

I contacted Samsung to purchase a new battery cover and they still do not carry them. Its unbelievable.

$31.49 for the blue. Are they really that expensive? These seems to be a tad high, more or as much as what the wireless charging battery cover is going for.

Ordered this one Tuesday... coming from China, so it'll take forever to get here. Says it has the IP67 gasket, picture confirmed it. Will update when I have it about quality and fit. For only $7, I'm willing to take a chance lol. If it comes and it is junk, at least it was cheap.

Probably not but Samsung isn't selling these directly so you have to go to a third party.

Recieved my OEM Blue cover from China today. Fits well, all edges seal flush with the phone. Flush around camera cutout too. Shade of blue is accurate. For only $6.95, I'm happy.
