Yep, ended up making another gmail account to send from. So now I have to send using that one. Super lame!! The company who hosts our email is apparently moving away from that part of the business, so I'm not even surprised that they didn't have an answer for me. I'm looking at replacing them...

After 18 minutes on hold I finally got through to tech support for our mail/domain hosting company and he said they only host our incoming mail, the outgoing mail is all handled by our internet provider. HOW IS THIS EVEN A THING?! He said I need to call Rogers and see if they have smtp relay...

Oh, and, I have tried calling both Rogers and Telus, neither of whom were able to give me any useful suggestions. Telus won't help me because my phone is not with them, and Rogers said I should be using Telus' smtp server.

Success!! I found on another forum somewhere that if you delete the Data folder (Android -> Data) it will solve this problem. I copied the folder to a file on my pc just in case, then deleted. Everything seems to be working fine thus far, and my Miscellaneous files are down to 465MB!! Woohoo...
