I have the wi-fi error when I try to turn it on as well. Started having it back on "stock" DK28. Try to turn it on, long delay, finally reports "error" under the wifi settings screen. Not a ROM issue, but sure is annoying. i've just gotten used to it taking several attempts, eventually it works...
