I'm getting spam ads left & right after i turn on the Google Pixel screen after it goes to sleep. I've come to the conclusion that the update "Android 9" has a virus you cant get rid of.

I keep getting spammed by what ever is on my device (which i factory reset my Pixel phone & yet it keeps spamming me with nonsense.) The phone opens up any available web browser (the one which comes with the phone which is chrome.) It will pull up a Google like page with a warning in front of it...
