Well, I do have most of my apps, so downloading will be a minimum. I am concerned about the App Drawer, though. In that I don't have one. I get that screen I attached with menus. Something isn't right.

I've attached screen shots from my homescreen and the page I get when I swipe up (app drawer? I used to see all of my apps, alphabetically). I don't have any problems navigating the pages, they're just not easy to access. I've found at least one app, YouTube, that's no longer visible.

OK, loaded the AC app, and no problem.

Good idea, but no go. I easily found the Easy Mode switch, but it was turned off. Do you have any other ideas?

Thanks for responding! Yes, One UI does have an (unchecked) lock feature. You seem to insinuate that I'm going to have to reorganize my screens. Ugh! However, here's something else that's changed: I used to be able to swipe up to see all my apps arranged alphabetically. I don't have that now...
