Transfering old phone LG V40 ThinQ to samsung S21 5G did not work at all for me.... I ended up using AT&T transfer; worked perfectly!

Ever since latest updata my phone (S21 5G) doesn't automatically change from vertical to horizonal when I change the phone to horizontal... Any ideas?? I checked under settings, but all I see is to either have screen vertical or horizontal. No "auto"

Well, we finally gave up and our son got a new phone. He got a Pixel 6 Pro and is very happy with it, so far! ATT did try and worked and worked with us, but, nothing worked.

I had this problem switching from LG V40 ThinQ to Samsung S21 5G. I finally went with (went back to) ATT Mobile Transfer, and that worked, extremely quickly as well!

No, it happens outside of building as well, although not as much as inside.
