Samsung Switch issues

I used Samsung Switch several times in the past and it always transferred my home screen, keyboard, apps, sms etc. But when I choose "everything" much of it doesn't transfer over. It still takes over 2 hours. I receive no errors yet so much actually doesn't transfer over. Is there anything I need to do to actually transfer everything over?

I had this problem switching from LG V40 ThinQ to Samsung S21 5G.

I finally went with (went back to) ATT Mobile Transfer, and that worked, extremely quickly as well!
