Had this happen last week at Starbucks.

I noticed battery life issues at about 1.5 years old. Not just on my X but on every phone I've ever owned.

Turn on developer options. Make sure Stay Awake (screen will never sleep while charging) is turned off. Maybe the magnet is tricking the phone into thinking it is charging.

So I heard a rumor today that the Droid Turbo 2 will be on Motomaker!! If true that is my next phone. I really like the Moto X Pure Edition but battery life has become my number one priority.

Over a week in and I am still loving this update. Uninstalled Clean Master as it became superfluous.

I have to do a reset every couple of months. For some reason battery life will inexplicably go to non-existent. The reset always fixes it, at least for 8-12 weeks.

2nd part IS Lollipop. 1st part is preparatory update for Lollipop.
