Well,Boost has i formed me thst my J7 will not work after 3/31/22.So they are "giving" me a free phone,A13.We'll see what it does.More memory is all i wanted so it's a start.Thanks for all you all's feedback.

I have great phone in my J7 Perx.Not enoygh memory though.What would be a decent,not over the top,upgrade?

Re: Can't receive downloda I had Virgin which was taken by Sprint,which has been taken by Boost.No hadn't contacted anyone.But what i DID do was go to settings>general mgmnt>reset.It reset all of my controls to original defaults.It worked.I also temporarily cut off wifi.Works like a charm.

I have a J7 Perx phone,and recently anytime i receive a mssg with mms,it won't download. I've went from CDMA>LTE CDMA>Autonatic on mobile networks.Nothing changed.Can anyone help me with this?

Is the bottom the receiver for answering calls? Then what purpose does the top mic serve?

In trying to get out of group chats,i did a number of things.Of which I don't know WHAT i did.I do however,not get group chats anymore,but not like i wanted.I've tried all the " go to message apps", "settings",etc.,etc.,Nothings working.I even did a factory reset,nothing.

I have quick setting on my phone,however my alarm won't go off at a low levrl i've set.It seems to get louder.Can anyone help?

Have you tried going thru "widgets"? Just touch an open space on any home screen.

On my Galaxy Victory phone,i could take pictures by saying "shoot".Can the j7 do the same? I know you can use the timer,but is that the only way?

I own the J7 Perx by virgin mobil.After i up graded my sd card (16g>64g) i switched some apps to store in sd card,i saved much space.All apps won't swich but if you can,do that BEFORE buying a new card you may NOT need.

I may be too late,but the J7 by Virgin Mobil can stand it's ground with ANY high-priced phone.At roughly $150 dollars,and excellent,EXCELLENT battery life you can't go wrong.Add a 16g (or more) SD card and you're set.Switch some apps to SD,and you should be good.Oh! And Virgin's $35 a month deal...
