Alarm Volume

I have quick setting on my phone,however my alarm won't go off at a low levrl i've set.It seems to get louder.Can anyone help?

Some phones have an alarm feature that causes the volume to start low and increase (so that it doesn't startle you awake with an immediately loud alarm). Check your Clock/Alarm settings to see if that's turned on.
