The options are greyed out like I've chosen something and it's not available. The strange thing is it did have heptic feedback when I first installed lollipop?

I've just put lollipop on my international note 3. Everything works fine but I have no heptic feedback when using the Samsung keyboard. It comes back when I use the Google keyboard and that works fine I just don't like the layout as there's no top number row. Any ideas?

Love my note3. Purchased it sim free from dailaphone in the UK. Battery is great. Easily last me 1.5 days on heavy use. Love the size and was slightly surprised I didn't find it to big but now I have a spigen case on it it feels a lot bigger but at least it's protected. Only thing I didn't like...
