I've just put lollipop on my international note 3. Everything works fine but I have no heptic feedback when using the Samsung keyboard. It comes back when I use the Google keyboard and that works fine I just don't like the layout as there's no top number row.

Any ideas?

You've got to expect some things not to work when you load pre-release unfinalized software on your phone.

The options are greyed out like I've chosen something and it's not available. The strange thing is it did have heptic feedback when I first installed lollipop?

Do you have power saving on? If that's not it and you're certain it was there and working before, then think about whatever settings you changed or apps you added/changed or any root hacks you made since first flashing it.

Although I'm not a fan of it anymore, SwiftKey has the option for the number row now if you want to try that. You'd have to find out for yourself whether the haptic feedback works with your ROM. I prefer the Samsung keyboard and the extra features it provides myself, and if it was working for you on this ROM at some point then you should be able to get it working again.

If you can't figure it out, it's unlikely many people here have lollipop flashed on their Note 3, so you'd be better off getting answers in the XDA threads with Lollipop questions I think.

Also, with the Google keyboard, you can choose PC layout (under custom input styles in settings) and get the number row up top, but I don't know if you like the rest of the layout or not.

You can add a top number row with Google keyboard if you want. Just add a PC keyboard, Google it. It takes 30 seconds to set up.
As for no haptics, surely that's a good thing!
