    Nexus 6P Hotspot Disabled for ATT Unlimited Data Plan Users only?

    I am on ATT on 2 6P's one with unlimited data and one 2 gb data plan and i am unable to enable the hotspot. It says go to att or call 611 to enable. I was able to do it before on the nexus 5.

    before when i pressed the volume button i was able to switch from having notification sound to vibrate to no sound. now it just shows a vibrate sign and no notification with a slash through it.
