Should be a bug. I got the same email this morning where it says it's not free of cracks but the trade-in value for my Note 8 is still $550 on it and I only got charge $487 for the S10+.

My S10+ blue prism unlocked is ready for pickup tomorrow (NYC) according to a voicemail they left. However my Samsung Tmobile can't be cancelled anymore and arriving 3/15 so I guess I'll wait and not pick up at BB tomorrow.

Check your Samsung account. If I remember correctly when I pre-ordered the Note 8, I had to print out the return label when I shipped my S7 to them. It could be under the order summary.

Re: Samsung Galaxy S10, S10+ Pre-order Thread I saw the phones at BestBuy and compared it to my Note 8. The 10+ has a taller screen but the phone is smaller than the Note 8.

So the S10+ Tmobile prism blue now says is out of stock on the samsung site. I thought the point of reserving was to having one reserved for 72 hours according to the fine print :(

Mine was corrupt too so I visited the My Orders section from the Samsung site and downloaded from there.Under My Order you'll see the three items (your Note 8, Promo gift, and the Trade-in section). The trade-in section should now let you download the return label.

I ordered my T-Mobile Note 8 on September 9 and got confirmation and tracking today. Should arrive to NYC on 9/19.
