S10, S10+, S10E Samsung trade in program

Hello,
Traded in a pristine Note 8 for a S10+ (returned via FedEx Mar 11 Received March 14) delivered and signed for.
No email acknowledging receipt. I've read both horror and all went well stories regarding Samsung's trade in program. Just wondering how long the process takes and what to expect about notifications?

Same here. Traded in Galaxy S9+. Dropped at FedEx on March 11, received on March 12. The Shop Samsung app shows only Received status. No other updates since.

I decided to keep my Note 8 and not trade it in but I do remember trading in my S7 for my Note 8. The website just said Accepted and never sent a confirmation email haha. Check your samsung.com account if you haven't received an email. If it said says Accepted that's the only notice you'll get I think.
