    You can change the CID by using the fastboot command. You need to reboot your phone into boot loader mode and select fast boot from that menu. Connect your phone via USB and then run the command is "fastboot oem writecid 11111111" You need to be comfortable doing this though, if in doubt...

    Yes it does, it looks like cancelling the download caused the problem, so downloading again should be fine.

    If it was trying to download the file again, you would not end up with 2 files all it would have done is overwrite the first one. Have you 'swiping' down from the top of the screen? There you should find the installation file, just select it and it should start the update process.
