After the last update, Google Launcher popped up for a second, then my Smart Launcher took over. I guess it's "smarter" than Google, LOL.

I've had that happen a few times lately. If I just close apps & turn the phone off (not power down), all is good after that. I run Smart Launcher, BTW.

If my Pixel 2 were any bigger, it would be cumbersome. I have only two complaints: 1. Stupid volume controls 2. Lack of headphone jack

I cannot find the flashlight app that was originally on my Pixel 2 when I purchased it directly from Google. Did it disappear in an update or did I do something stupid? I want the Google flashlight back, if possible. I'd rather not download one from the app store as I've heard most are full of...

I've bought them on ebay from practise-xtra and it works perfectly.

Simple Gallery is working great for me. Easy, intuitive, logical. Plays nicely with other apps (cu, paste, send, etc). Recommended to me here on the forum. Google Photos make no sense.

Upon advice from here, I downloaded "Simple Gallery". I recently had the same complaint about Google photos. Simple Gallery works like a charm. Totally logical.

The only thing you can do is change the name of the photos beginning with a number. For less than 10 photos, start the name with 1_ then 2_ etc. For less than 100 photos, start with 11_ and for less than 1,000 photos, start with 111_ etc. When someone views the set ordered by name, they will see...

Magnets can cause problems with the magnetic strip on the back of credit/debit cards and the like. I had a card zapped by a magnetic pen in my pocket.
