I had the same problem. Eventually, I went to my computer and downloaded to the memory card and installed from there. I also was unable to install over the top of the app-store version. To remedy that I uninstalled the original app and then installed the hacked version afterwards. Good luck.

Nope, no joke. I followed the instructions on the link and it's been working on my (wife's) phone. I am running Reborn Rom v2.0. Perhaps I'm just lucky, it looks like this is a YMMV. Anyway, I don't have any better instructions than the link provides. I simply followed them and it worked...
