I haven't changed any settings on my phone, and it's not on silent, but I am now missing phone calls and text messages because it won't make any sound. The volume is all the way up. I've had the phone for a year and a half and it's only started doing this in the last week. Any suggestions...

Nah, he hasn't put me off android devices. Just him! Now that I've discovered this forum I'll use it when I have other problems too. Thanks again. :D
