    "Align to start" when using photosphere there should be a blue dot you'll have to find and "place" in the middle of the gray pokeball. then it will start.

    The 4.2 Camera app have no setting for choosing where to store the photos and are automatically stored on the internal sd. At least in my case they are.     I might be wrong but I belive that AOKP Roms are Deodexed? that means there shouldnt be any .odex files in /system/app. only apks. Again: I might be wrong.
