Hi , yes I'm using the stock email app. I'm on hotmail and I've tried deleting it and re - installing it. I am able to send emails on computer etc so it must be an issue with my phone.

For a while now I have been unable to send emails, it just comes up "failed". I have been to "3" and they say it's a Samsung problem. I went into a customer service shop for samsung and explained the situation but apart from saying that it may need a software update the guy seemed more concerned...

I'm currently using Tapatalk 2 but the deal on tapatalk 4 is cheap. The question is...if I download "4" and dont like it am I able to return to "2" as a downloaded app or will it be superceded and i can't revert. sent from my Galaxy note 2 with tapatalk 2
