I can't turn it on with my service and then turn it off. I can only swipe it away.

This morning, my S8 keeps popping up a notification to turn on wifi calling even after swiping it away multiple times. I'm on ATT prepaid so wifi calling isn't an option. Also, I don't want it disable the phone app's notifications for obvious reasons. Anyone else seeing this?

The fact that your screenshot is the correct dimensions, tells me that it is most likely real. Every fake I have seen makes it look like the correct screen size but is the wrong ratio once you turn it on. Also, speed tests on phones are garbage.

I've had multiple ads on this site that would cause Chrome to freeze for 6ish seconds before I can use it again. This has literally only happened on Mobile Nation sites. I finally took a screenshot. The ads were Lowe's ads that were all along the side of a forum page. I tried, the site failed...

I just did what you said and no luck. BTW, it currently has CWM on it, not TWRP. Every time I flash something in recovery, I do get the message "updating apps" right before I can start using the tablet.

Nothing like that picture is going to hit the market anytime soon. You can't condense everything needed into that small spot at the bottom.
