Scrolling launcher

I am looking for a launcher suggestion. I want one that scrolls up and down (or left and right if other isn't available). When I say scroll, I mean as much or little as I want and not by pages. Thanks for help!

I don't know why you want those particular features, but launcher 7 and launcher 8 have them. (Scroll up or down exactly how much you want)
