buy pixel 7 pro from att or google?

But does the Unlocked version come with all the same frequencies and such as the one from the carrier? I remember reading that some unlocked Android phones don't have all the freqs that the carrier versions have, mainly regarding 5G. IE....mmwave compatibility.

Oneplus 7 pro google voice keyboard missing words annoying issue

I don't use the voice dictation that often, but I just tried it and mine works fine. Of course I enunciate properly when I speak. :)

Trying to get Google now cards on launcher

From what I know, only the T-Mobile version has the Google feed when you swipe right. The unlocked one from OnePlus has their own thing. I really wish they would give us the Google Feed like the T-Mobile version has. Maybe if enough people hound them about it.

    wireless charger good or bad?

I have the Samsung wireless charger because it has a fan on the bottom that helps blow the heat away. Phone only gets slightly warm now compared to when I had an iPhone on a Belkin wireless charger which really got warm. So get a Samsung charging puck. The fan really helps.

    Newbie chiming in.

The Almond is the best choice in my opinion. It's so elegant. That's the one I got. I use the clear TPU case it came with. Gotta show off that color. :)

is it me or this phone has subpar network connectivity/reception?

My fall back when I have issues is factory wipe the phone and set it back up as new. I know it's a pain and a lot of work, but I routinely factory wipe after any big update just to start things off fresh.

    Whatsapp

When I was still using my S10+, WhatsAPP would never light up my lock screen like other apps when I received a new message. All I would get is the tone. If I tapped the screen to bring up the lock screen, I would see the message, but it wouldn't light up on it's own. I also had the same issue...

    Oxygen OS 9.5.11 Now Available

It always irks me that ever since I got my phone which had 9.5.7 on it, I've had to use the Oxygen Updater app to get these updates. One Plus takes forever to release these updates to everyone. I am sick and tired of these staged rollouts. They really need to take a page out of Apple's...

Sometimes I switch back to 60hz for a bit then switch back just to enjoy it even more 😜

I've been running 90hz since the day I got it. What's ironic is that I can't tell if I see a different or not from the 60hz on my S10+. but it's still cool to have anyway. hehe

    Just got the OP7 Pro

I've had the S10+ for a few months, but my problem is I get bored with phones quickly and need something new to give me a fix. :) I got my Almond OP7P 2 weeks ago and so far am loving it.

The OnePlus 7 Pro Would Be Perfect If...

The Nebula Blue is really nice, but I couldn't resist the Almond color though. I've had dark phones for so long, I needed a change to a lighter color. I also use the clear TPU case the phone comes with, and that makes the Almond color really stand out.

is it me or this phone has subpar network connectivity/reception?

iPhones are notorious for sub-par reception. I used to have a Pixel 3 XL which had way better reception than my iPhones of the past, and people used to complain that the Pixel's reception wasn't what spectacular. So that isn't saying much for iPhones then. I have a S10+, and now I have a...

    At&t oneplus 7 pro

I use the OP7P on AT&T. For Visual Voicemail, you just down the AT&T Visual Voicemail app from the Playstore. WiFi Calling will not work though, but I do have VoLTE for HD calliing.

Interested, but have a few questions

I can easily get almost 3 days of battery life with my OP7P. But then again, I'm not some teenage girl who has my face buried in my phone for 8 hours a day. :) I keep my screen on 90hz and QHD+.

The OnePlus 7 Pro Would Be Perfect If...

Having an IP rating is a waste of money for the manufacturer which gets passed on to the consumer, being that water damage isn't covered by warranty anyway. Also what is this fascination with people using their phones in situations where they would get wet anyway to even worry about it? Maybe...
