If you don't need it, try changing your email from instant push to say check every 30 minutes. I've no idea how your screen is 7% mine is always at least 30% and I have the brightness around 30-40%. But my battery lasts me from around 8am-11pm (usually has around 30-40% around then).

My battery usage in settings still said 10H this morning, but Gsam tells me completely different, I managed 4h 52m screen on time yesterday, which seems about right really. I think the expectancy and paranoia of having a battery % showing makes you watch it too much and you notice it going down...

The first 2 days my full charge states 10hours of battery usage and I'd say the battery drains pretty quickly, I've followed a lot of tips on how to save battery too.
