Thanks for the reply. I'm not sure if the Play Store Help site was messed up or something the first time I tried, but this time the Devices Help tab wasn't simply empty. I called and Google is sending a replacement phone.

Ok, so I really like my N4, but the video camera rarely works. The record "button" does nothing most of the time, prompting me to reboot the phone. This temporarily fixes the problem, but the issue shortly thereafter reappears. Videos shot during the rare times that the camera does work...
