I had the same issue and tried all of the above to no effect. I backed up my data and did a factory reset. Kind of a pain, but so far the only thing been shown to fix it and the issue hasn't come back.

I was able to solve mine with a factory reset. Kind of a pain, but at least everything was backed up.

I had this problem as well. I restored the factory settings and it did not help. I then did the reset and it is working now.

I am having this problem as well. I have restarted and it did not correct it. I even restored the factory defaults, and it has not helped. Any one else having this issue?
