calling keypad problems

So I'll keep it simple while I'm making a call if there are options to press a number to get where I need for ex; please press 1 for more options. I'll press 1 and nothing happens. I'll just hear the rest of the list and then my call ends because it's not registering my choice

I have had this a few times on my Note 3... I restarted and it resolved it.

I am having this problem as well. I have restarted and it did not correct it. I even restored the factory defaults, and it has not helped.

Any one else having this issue?

I was able to solve mine with a factory reset. Kind of a pain, but at least everything was backed up.
