I was just going to ask the same thing. I have not gotten my rebate yet either. I submitted the rebate form on 10/18/14 and was approved on 11/11/14. I'm not sure if I go 6-8 weeks from the date I submitted or from the approval date?

Something else to consider...from a chat I had with Samsung, the Note 4 only has read/write speeds up to 30MB/s.
