    hi, i have a tmobile samsung galaxy s4, when i turn off my WiFi it turns back on automatically after 30 seconds or so, this is constantly happening throughout the day and i have no clue why. does anyone have any ideas how to stop this?

    having problems playing mp4 vids

    i have some vids that i want to watch on my s3 when im on the go, but for some reason most of them arent playing, they are all mp4, some of them do play but the sound is not there. any solutions?
