Anyone have an idea of how much Verizon bloat is on the phone particularly, anything that can't be uninstalled? My wife has the AT&T version and I've never seen as much trash on any other phone. If that wasn't enough, you're forced to use one of their (separate) apps just to block a number.

My wife has an unlocked Moto G7 on AT&T. Frequently, when texting photos it will sit on "Sending" forever yet, if she takes a screenshot of the same photos, they send immediately. This behavior is consistent on multiple SMS apps. I've checked every setting I could think of, phone & WiFi...

Try another Sim card...a bad one can make a phone go nuts. I replaced one that only needed a new Sim...live & learn.

Everything points to the Edge Plus being an exceptional phone. I'm definitely interested in it since it's a reunion of Moto with a truly flagship device & I'm sorta married to the Moto ecosystem.

Yep, that's what I see. I have no problem with it as long as the actual release is polished & bug free. They've certainly taken more than ample time to achieve that.

As long as it's taken to arrive you'd *think* any bugs would be quashed but, who knows? I've had zero issues on my Z3.

I see Verizon has the 9.0 update for the G6 posted on their website dated 06-06-19. Not available for my son's phone unlocked G6 purchased at BestBuy though, anyone else got it yet?

My wife has one & loves it. After a lifetime never owning an Android it took a week or two to adjust from the Apple ecosystem but she's now enjoying having options instead of being largely locked down.

Good points. IMHO, the technology has advanced to the point that the differences are negligible between good midrange phones & the flagships. Top tier will have more perks of course but it's a bit dubious whether they merit the price or not. Case in point, my wife destroyed her iPhone 6 Plus...
