Same issue. Major bummer. Was looking forward to this feature.

I tried the CDMA/LTE "fix" and it had absolutely no effect. Still the same horrible issues.

Same here, Verizon Moto X as well. I absolutely love the phone otherwise, but my job includes about 2 hours of talk time every day and this is just not acceptable.

There IS a toggle. Settings - Wireless and Networks - More - Mobile Networks - Network Mode. You can select LTE/CDMA or just CDMA.

ICS - Android just has way better apps, and personally I love the voice control stuff and built in navigation... plus Bing sucks. FYI I switched from an HD7 running Mango (which I switched to from a Nexus S running Gingerbread)

I've had this happen to me several times as well. NO ROOT NO JUICE DEFENDER

Took off charger at 10am. About 2 hours of web use and a couple phone calls and it was completely dead by 2pm. Pretty pathetic.

Which is it? Already had unlimited or rep moved you?

Just had a shut down happen to me, only had the phone a few hours, went to market and typed "ch" in the search (chrome to phone) and boom it went black... had to power back on manually.

I just tried and the rep said it said I couldn't do it unless I had unlimited data, she was cool and tried to add it anyway but said she got an error message...

So just to be clear, if I add this feature myself on the website it's not going to be unlimited, but if I call and get the right rep they can do it? I tried chat and they said they can't do unlimited and $50 for 6GB.
