Samsung has abandoned the S8 Active. I had a members chat with them last month. The Pie update was not on their time line. I am still on the February security patch also.

I don't have an issue either. however the blackberry keyboard is excellent but part of the hub+ suite if you want to go that route. if I end up going to BB then of course that will be the keyboard I use.

man this is getting pathetic. still no updates. although I love the phone for many reasons I am not loving having no security updates. my next phone may not be a Samsung. I may go back to Blackberry. likely the next iteration of the motion if it has more advanced hardware.

best buy does not have the Samsung experience anymore...

I have the same problem. not sure why but it does turn off intermittently.
