Okay, I finally found "New Playlist," thanks. But I have hundreds and hundreds of songs. Is there no way I can simply drag and drop them into folders by opening the hard drive window on my computer?

"MP3 Tag" works pretty well. I tagged mine on computer because I wanted to make backup files, then dragged the files back onto the phone. But it may work just as well tagging the files directly on the phone.

I fix the problem. Turns out many of my audio files were not "tagged" and so the players won't recognize them. I found a free software program that tagged my music, now it's all available. Thanks!

Actually, I just found the files using a folder browser. I was able to play them from there. But when going to "Now Playing" there is no information. Someone just told me this means the audio files/album isn't "tagged." What does "tagged" mean, and how do I tag my audio files so they show up...
