Yup..just read an article..it seems to be the camera auto focus that normally it is moving. Start the camera and then try to shake your phone..no mor rattle cuz it is constantly focusing. At least it is not making any noise anymore on mine. Please try this as well and let me know if you hear it...

So..it is on 12% and then I am completly powering off the phone. The icon with the charging battery appears...and the green part (which shows how much it is charged) isn't at a low lever...which should mean 12%...it is at something around half.
