I just got off the phone with Samsung.com again and they have no idea who is picking up the old/bad phone; even though I have two that have called to come and pick it up. They said to wait for email from Samsung, or I won't get credit for returning it. Not sure if it is scammers or someone...

My replacement phone arrived yesterday (Tmobile type). No $25 cert though. Also got call that someone would come today to pickup old phone....of course today they called and cancelled. Not sure who they are or if they were sent from Samsung.....would have been nice if Samsung.com would let us...

Got my FedEx alert for deliver 9/28 tomorrow (from In., 2 day). Also received call from Director of E-commerce who received direction from my 2 emails to Tim Baxter. Happy to get it tomorrow.

This Note 7 was my 1st new phone in 10 years and what a mess (last was a Samsung X495). I ordered from them the 1st hours that it was available and figured getting directly from Samsung.com would be the best thing to do....Gave them my $900+ and waited and waited; while everyone else had them...

Looks like my forum gripes worked; I now have a tracking # for Fri delivery :)) Of course I am leaving out of town so won't really get it.

Same here: Ordered Aug 3 (2am) through Samsung....thinking would be fast delivery.....and Tmobile could only bundle with another plan and $20 SIM (didn't want either). Guess Tmobile never thought an existing customer would ever need a new phone. No phone, no info, no way to get info since site...

Ordered Aug 3 at 2am... Got the watch a few days later....but nothing on the phone. No info at all. Last time I buy anything from Samsung. They did a poor job on this and I will remember. Wish I would have kept the box for the watch and I would cancel everything and buy a different phone...

Same here. Ordered from samsung.com direct on 8/3 and no info on the phone. No charge, no notice of delivery. Even the online order check doesn't work.
