I was running a ton of apps, but now I've uninstalled just about all of them and order seems to be restored. I'll install what I need one at a time and keep an eye on it. Will post my findings.

ARGH! I did an FDR and let it restore the apps and Chrome is doing it again! Did I need to not reinstall all the apps and do them one by one? At this point, do I need to do another FDR, or can I uninstall all of the apps individually? It took a LOT of time to set things back the way I like...

Yeah did that twice. Uninstalled the update I mean. Can't uninstall the whole program without rooting, right? Guess this means FDR...

Ugh, it's back. I did a cache partition wipe and everything and Chrome started running hot again.

After the lollipop update with Verizon, Google Chrome is killing my battery. Is my only option a factory data reset? Anyone know of a good backup/restore option?

Went straight to Samsung for help. Appears that the sticker would have been all pink/red if damaged, not white with Xs. See attachment. If someone with a VERIZON S5 could confirm, that would be awesome!
