I have the same problem as the OP. A little while ago, my phone started displaying the notification that it could no longer read my fingerprints and to restart the phone. I have and the fingerprint option is now completely gone. I've restarted the phone multiple times and just pulled the battery...

So not even 2 minutes ago, my battery just died... At 20%. Not even a warning. Screen went dark for all of a second and then the phone turned off with the dialog box saying that the battery is low so it's turning off. Before, I had to watch out if my battery levels dipped below 10% and sometimes...

Are you sure they won't break if dropped? The glass front and back?

I'm sticking with my V20 for now. I'll wait until the price drops significantly (and for LG to release a global or GSM/CDMA version) and for more paychecks before I buy it. But I will definitely be buying it.

Well shall see when more reviews, tests and information become available. Until then it's pretty much speculation and educated guess.

I went through 2 G3s in only a few months because the screen blacked out in the first and then I couldn't retain cell signal reception in the 2nd. Haven't had a problem with the V20 so far.

In addition, most of their customers for the G6 couldn't give two if the phone had an 821 or an 835 or an 80gazillion. They just buy phones because they look nice and the sales rep said "buy this." We people who care about what hardware a phone has are in the minority. Unless a ton more people...

I think you can't go wrong with the LG V20. It can support cards up to 2Tbs and has a dedicated Quad DAC to really boost audio performance. If you have high impedance headphones, it will automatically trigger high impedance mode in the phone which will utilize more of the DAC. Even with the B&O...

I think the "wide-angle" lense is just a normal camera. The second camera is a telephoto lense though. I also think that a leak said that the wide-angle camera on the V30 won't have as much range as the V20. It would cut down on barrel distortion though.

Well screen is going to be manufactured by LG, so I would assume they'd be nearly the same. (Also, the Pixel is a flat screen while the V30 will be curved at the edges). So far, it seems more likely that the Pixel will have the 835 chip and not the supposed (still no news of it actually...
