My carrier is verizon. My current firmware is PDA:LHE/PHONE:LHE/CSC:LHE (VZW) according to samsung kies. The version it references to update to is JRO03L.I535VRBLK3, which includes the andriod 4.1 JB update. My current andriod version is 4.0.4.

Sorry as to being new at this. My phone is not rooted. My device status is normal. I don't have any issues with frozen apps. I tried removing the SD card and still no luck with updating the firmware successfully.
