Hate it and want to rollback to KitKat

So now after this lollipop "upgrade" I now have this users and profiles icon at the top. I don't want any other "users" or "profiles" it is MY phone. Is it possible to remove this icon.

Before I "updated" to lollipop (big mistake) whenever I had a notification on my Z3 I could swipe down from the top and press clear. Not surprisingly this would clear my notification. However lollipop doesn't seem to want me to do this and I have to tap the notification and open the app it is...
