I use SideSync to have the screen from my SM-P905 (needs Android 5!) on my Laptop (Win7 now Win10). Works great! Does that help you?

I checked the Tab A - but the screen resolution with 1024 x 768 pixels is really really low. A no go for me. So I bought a NotePro - slightly more expensive, but even if it might not get an update to Android 6 it is the best tablet with a pen for my use (pen and productivity apps).

I can only provide a little workaround: I use SidySync from Samsung to mirror the screen to my Laptop (Win7) and then use WebEx from there to broadcast my tablet screen to a meeting. Does that help you?
