how do i move S notes within there files

How do you move an individual s note with in its folder, on N4 you simply put your finger onit and drag into new possition, that doesnt seem to work on N12.2
Does anybody no

When you have a book open, you can press on the button in the upper left (the one with the 3 dots) and then tap "edit page".
