I find with UPS it means often someone missed a scan (I see it occasionally with Amazon Prime shipments). With Fedex though, usually means package is lost ;)

Re: T-mobile launch pushed out a week I had the same thoughts as well.... especially with some of the carriers wording as "pre-orders" vs orders for tomorrow. Also could explain the delay on the Nexus 5 that has a bunch of people in a tizzy. It will eventually get here :)
