Beautiful, Thanks for the links. I will move forward but be wary of Overclocking. Burnouts do not sound fun indeed. I know a couple of people who are burnouts actually, they are pretty useless... but they did have fun getting there I assume :p

Thank you sir, I have minimized the resources that the system uses already and killed a couple of processer munching apps but I am going to give that 3rd party launcher option a try. Don`t want to get too deep with rooting just yet, though I will when I have the time to make the inevitable...
