Yep, all set to max volume.

I'm still having issues with my notification volume turning down/off by itself. Weird thing is that it's showing full volume when I try to turn it up, but the notifications are barely audible. I just downloaded a volume app (Vollynx), which isn't working as the volume turned itself down again...

Thanks Morty2264. I took it back to AT&T and they agreed there was an issue that they felt was a software issue. They did a hard reboot & actually turned off the volume (I just turned it down and up - they put it to silent and then turned the ringer sound back on) and it seems to be working...
